KAJIAN FAKTOR KUALITAS SISTEM, KUALITAS INFORMASI DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN E-TICKETING

Abstract

Abstract - Computerized information system that enables the user can view the information at any time by more quickly and accurately. Presentation of information can be done more easily with the support of information systems application software or E-Ticketing. The method used is the method of multiple linear regression and using a quantitative approach that uses a model of success DeLone and McLean Information Systems. The population in this study is the information system users E-Ticketing. of 100 respondents and used a sample of 80 questionnaires that can be processed by sampling random sampling technique. The type of data used are primary data and secondary questionnaire. The analysis tool used was SPSS 22. The results showed that the system quality (X1), information quality (X2) and service quality (X3) either simultaneously to user satisfaction (Y) of the system user information (user satisfaction) E-Ticketing . Based on this study it can be concluded that the system is of good quality, good information quality and good service that will improve the satisfaction of users of the system.
