We present an alternative theory to General Relativity in order to describe the gravitational field, the Teleparallelism Equivalent to General Relativity (TEGR) is adequate to describe gravitation and do not show the problems of General Relativity, besides it give us new insights over the nature of this field. The tetrad field is the dynamical variables rather than the metric tensor. We give to it a physical meaning and, in the realm of Hamiltonian formalism, the definitions of energy-momentum and angular momentum. We apply our angular momentum definition in a configuration that exhibit axial symmetry, once the energy-momentum is well-established.
