Abstract

Uma lingua eletronica a base de filmes ultrafinos de diferentes materiais, utilizando medidas de espectroscopia de impedância, tem se mostrado mais eficiente do que dispositivos semelhantes encontrados na literatura, que utilizam membranas lipidicas ou vidros condutores em medidas potenciometricas, ou diferentes metais como eletrodos de trabalho em voltametria. Essa lingua eletronica apresenta elevada sensibilidade para deteccao e diferenciacao de paladares e bebidas comerciais, sendo que em alguns casos essa distincao e realizada abaixo do limite de percepcao biologico. A simplicidade de aquisicao e analise dos dados experimentais elevam o potencial de aplicacao deste dispositivo em diversas areas.
