Abstract

The collapse of the slopes and the widening of river bodies in Tepian street Tabalong district often occurs due to the high rainfall factor causing the water coming from the rain to give pressure and seep into the soil that makes the water cavity bigger, so the coherency between the grains of the soil decreases and causes the capability of the ground against shear is reduced. One of the alternatives to prevent the problem is using the Geotextile Wall design construction that serves to hold the grain of soil and slope collapse. This design requires data of water level and soil mechanics. Water elevation data is used to determine the highest water level, then soil mechanical data will be processed by manual analysis and application aid with Geostudio 2012 and PLAXIS 8.2 to obtain soil stability based on the highest water level in the form of safety factor of 1,5. With two types of heaps, the first type uses a heap of lateritic soil and the second type using a heap of granular soil. Based on the results of calculation analysis used first type model with safety factor 13,892 to overtuning, 3,612 to sliding and 6,62 to the foundation failure for manual analysis. While the safety factor with the help of the application Geostudio 2012 amounted to 2,599 against landslide and with the help of PLAXIS 8.2 application is 1,6991 to against landslide. Total cost required of Rp 4,598,372,000.00. ABSTRAKKeruntuhan lereng dan pelebaran badan sungai di Jalan Tepian Kabupaten Tabalong sering terjadi karena faktor curah hujan yang tinggi mengakibatkan air yang berasal dari hujan memberikan tekanan dan merembes ke dalam tanah yang membuat rongga air semakin besar, sehingga lekatan antar butir tanah berkurang dan menyebabkan kemapuan tanah melawan geser berkurang. Salah satu alternatif untuk mecegah masalah tersebut digunakan perancangan menggunakan konstruksi Geotextile Wall yang berfungsi untuk menahan butiran tanah dan keruntuhan lereng. Perancangan ini memerlukan data elevasi muka air dan mekanika tanah. Data elevasi muka air digunakan untuk mengetahui ketinggian muka air tertinggi, selanjutnya data mekanika tanah akan diolah dengan cara analisis manual dan bantuan aplikasi Geostudio 2012 serta PLAXIS 8.2 untuk memperoleh stabilitas tanah berdasarkan ketinggian muka air tertinggi berupa angka keamanan sebesar 1,5. Dengan dua tipe timbunan, tipe pertama menggunakan timbunan berupa tanah laterit dan tipe kedua menggunakan timbunan berupa tanah granular. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan digunakan permodelan tipe pertama dengan angka keamanan 13,892 terhadap guling, 3,612 terhadap geser dan 6,62 terhadap daya dukung untuk analisis manual. Sedangkan angka keamanan dengan bantuan aplikasi Geostudio 2012 sebesar 2,599 terhadap kelongsoran dan dengan bantuan aplikasi PLAXIS 8.2 sebesar 1,6991 terhadap kelongsoran. Total biaya yang diperlukan sebesar Rp 4.598.372.000,00.
