L’encapsulation de la dopamine, de la L-DOPA ou des agonistes dopaminergiques dans des nano-vecteurs lipidiques vise à pallier les diverses limites rencontrées lors de l’administration de ces substances sous forme libre. Cet article illustre les avancées récentes dans ce domaine.
