Botulism is a life-threatening disease caused by neurotoxin of Clostridium botulinum. Clinical suspicion is very important for proper diagnosis and patient management. A delay in diagnosis leads to increased morbidity and mortality. In this report, a case of botulism with a challenging diagnosis is presented.
