Sosyal Hizmet Süpervizyonu

Abstract

Bu bölümde süpervizyon ve sosyal hizmet süpervizyonu kavramları tanımlanmakta, sosyal hizmet süpervizyonunun tarihçesi, amaçları ve işlevleri açıklanmaktadır. Sosyal hizmet süpervizyonu yaklaşımlarına ve modellerine değinilmekte, süpervizörlerin kimler olması gerektiği aktarılmaktadır. Ayrıca sosyal hizmet süpervizyonu sürecinin ilkeleri ve standartları anlatılmakta, Türkiye’de sosyal hizmet süpervizyonunun güncel durumu değerlendirilmektedir. Sosyal hizmet süpervizyonu sürecinde iletişimin önemine değinilmekte ve sosyal hizmet süpervizyonu sürecinde kullanılabilecek dokümanlara yer verilmektedir.
