Abstract

Adli Psikiyatri Psikiyatrinin alt dalı olup suç bilimi ile ilişkilidir. Suç işleyen kişinin psikiyatrik durumu ile işlediği suç arasında ilişkiyi hukuk dilinde anlaşılır şekilde açıklar. Bu yazıda adli psikiyatri ile ilgili kavramlar gözden geçirilmiş , suç işleyen kişinin ceza ehliyetini etkileyen durumlarda uygulanacak süreç ele alınmış ve adli psikiyatrinin geleceği ile ilgili konular ele alınmıştır
