Proliferação De Células Fibroblásticas Submetidas A Terapia A Laser De Baixa Potência De 904 nm

Abstract

Introducao: As terapias que possuam o potencial de estimular o metabolismo e a proliferacao celular podem acelerar o processo de cicatrizacao, com este intuito, a terapia laser de baixa potencia (TLBP) e utilizada frequentemente nas clinicas de reabilitacao por exercer importantes efeitos nos processos iniciais da cicatrizacao. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a proliferacao celular das celulas fibroblasticas de camundongos (L929) apos a irradiacao com o laser de baixa potencia (904 nm) usando as doses de 2 e 3 J/cm. Metodos: As celulas fibroblasticas foram irradiadas com laser de baixa potencia de Arseneto de Galio (904nm) a cada 24 hs totalizando tres aplicacoes e foram divididas em 3 grupos: G1Grupo controle, G2irradiado a 2 J/cm e G3irradiado a 3 J/cm. A analise da proliferacao celular foi realizada em triplicada pelo metodo de MTT (brometo de [3-(4,5-dimetiltiazol)-2,5-difeniltetrazolio]). Resultados: Foi observado que a dose de 3 J/cm promoveu um aumento estatisticamente significante na proliferacao celular 24 h apos a primeira irradiacao (p=0,026) em comparacao ao grupo nao irradiado. Conclusao: Os resultados do presente estudo demonstram que a TLBP no comprimento de onda de 904nm apresentou efeitos biomoduladores estimulando a proliferacao de celulas fibroblasticas de camundongos na dose de 3J/cm.
