Abstract

Este estudo investigou as funções e desafios dos gestores educacionais no contexto do e-learning. O problema central abordado foi: quais são as principais funções dos gestores educacionais e quais desafios enfrentam na implementação e gestão dos programas de e-learning? O objetivo geral foi identificar as responsabilidades e os desafios desses gestores, com foco na integração de tecnologia e pedagogia. O desenvolvimento incluiu uma revisão de literatura que destacou a necessidade de os gestores educacionais planejar, alocar recursos, formar docentes e avaliar os programas de e-learning. Também se discutiu a importância de criar um ambiente de aprendizagem inclusivo e eficaz, utilizando ferramentas de business intelligence e análise de dados educacionais. As considerações finais enfatizaram que os gestores educacionais desempenham um papel essencial na garantia da qualidade e inclusão nos programas de e-learning, enfrentando desafios como a resistência à mudança, a necessidade de capacitação contínua e a gestão da infraestrutura tecnológica. Concluiu-se que, apesar dos desafios, a atuação dos gestores é vital para o sucesso dos programas de e-learning e que há necessidade de estudos futuros para aprofundar a compreensão das questões emergentes.
