Sobre el contenido de la carta de extinción individual comunicada a los trabajadores afectados por el despido colectivo

Abstract

El marco normativo en el que se suscita la controversia objeto de análisis en el presente dialogo con la jurisprudencia se contiene en el artículo 51.4 del ET, relativo al despido colectivo, en el que se establece que alcanzado el acuerdo o comunicada la decisión a los representantes de los trabajadores, el empresario podrá notificar los despidos individualmente a los trabajadores afectados, lo que deberá realizar conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 53.1 del citado texto legal.
