Türkiye’de E-Ticaret Hizmetlerinin Moora Yönetimi ile İncelenmesi

Abstract

Başlangıçta, e-ticaret terimi, elektronik veri değişimi (EDI) ve elektronik fon transferi (EFT) gibi önde gelen teknolojilerin yardımıyla ticari işlemlerin elektronik olarak gerçekleştirilmesi sürecini ifade ediyordu. Bu teknolojiler, kullanıcıların ticari bilgi alışverişinde bulunmalarına ve elektronik işlemler gerçekleştirmesine izin vermiştir. E-ticaret, 1991 yılında web sitelerinin ticari işlemler için İnternet'i kullanmalarına izin verildiğinde mümkün hale geldi. O zamandan bu yana web siteleri üzerinden binlerce işletme işlemi gerçekleştirildi. Literatürde yapılan çalışmalar incelendiğinde Türkiye’de e-ticaret hizmetlerinin boyutunun incelenmesi, ülkemizin e-ticaret potansiyelindeki gelişim süreçlerinin incelenmesi, durum değerlendirilmesin yapılması ve yol haritasının belirlenmesi açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu nedenle çalışmada Türkiye’de e-ticaret hizmetlerinin boyutunun incelenmesi amaçlanmış ve daha önce yapılan çalışmalarda kullanılmayan ve diğer çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerine oranla daha güvenilir sonuçlar sunan MOORA-Oran Metodu ve MOORA-Referans Değer Metodu ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar hem kendi içlerinde hem de literatür ile kıyaslanarak yorumlanmıştır.
