Abstract

Les outils classiques de gestion et de presentation de l’information tels que les tableurs, les graphiques, voire le texte et l’image, fixe ou animee, restent, par definition, lineaires. De plus, chacun ne presente qu’une seule dimension du sujet traite (chiffree, synthetique, descriptive, etc.). Les diagrammes de Gantt et graphes de Pert apportent quelques complements. Pour restituer la complexite d’un projet, la carte heuristique en apporte d’autres. Cette fiche pratique et ses outils associes donnent des points de repere sur les apports les plus courants des cartes heuristiques, a la fois dans le domaine de l’efficacite personnelle et dans celui du fonctionnement en equipe projet, en faisant la distinction entre fonctionnalites innovantes et fonctionnalites de compatibilite avec des outils tels que le diagramme de Gantt.
