Abstract

Comment gerez-vous vos ressources en eau au sein de votre installation classee ? Cette fiche va vous aider a connaitre les legislations auxquelles vous devez vous referer, en termes d’utilisation de vos ressources en eau et en fonction de votre regime de declaration. De plus, l’eau est une ressource a preserver, ainsi cette fiche vous aidera aussi a mettre en place une gestion dite « equilibree » conformement a l’article L. 211-1 du Code de l’environnement. Quels sont les principes d’une gestion equilibree de la ressource en eau ? A quelles reglementations etes-vous soumis ? Quelles informations doivent apparaitre dans le volet « eau » de votre etude d’impact ? Comment gerer les prelevements et la consommation en eau de votre ICPE ? Comment gerer les rejets en eaux residuaires de votre ICPE ? Quelles sont les taxes et redevances percues sur vos consommations et rejets d’eau ?
