Abstract

Tous les agents chimiques classes CMR n’entrent pas necessairement dans le champ d’application du Decret n° 2001-97 du 1 er fevrier 2001, dit decret CMR. Cette fiche pratique va vous permettre d’identifier les agents chimiques et activites CMR qui entrent dans le cadre du decret CMR, en repondant aux questions suivantes : qu’est-ce qu’un agent CMR ? quelles sont les classifications « reglementaires » existantes ? quels sont les agents chimiques et procedes qui entrent dans le champ d’application du decret CMR ? comment reperer les CMR sur le lieu de travail ?
