Abstract

La chromatographie en phase gazeuse couplee a la spectrometrie de masse tandem (CG-SM/SM) est une methode d’analyse d’une tres grande selectivite puisqu’elle associe les caracteristiques de la chromatographie qui permet de separer les differents constituants d’un melange a une analyse par spectrometrie de masse qui fournit une analyse elementaire de ces constituants. Cet article se focalise sur les evolutions recentes de la CG-SM/SM et presentent ses principaux domaines d’applications en discutant des specificites de la CG-SM/SM compares aux autres methodes de spectrometrie de masse organique moderne
