Abstract

O presente trabalho apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica aliada a uma coleta de dados através de aplicação de questionários a estudantes, buscando analisar as suas percepções acerca do uso excessivo da tecnologia e seus possíveis impactos na aprendizagem dos estudantes. Portanto, trabalho tem como objetivo analisar como os mecanismos de recompensa associados à liberação de dopamina, estimulados pelo uso excessivo de telas (redes sociais), interferem no processo de ensino-aprendizagem em uma escola pública do extremo sul cearense. Já com relação ao campo de pesquisa, foi delimitado para este estudo, a Escola de Ensino Médio em Tempo Integral Simão Ângelo, pertencente à rede pública estadual. Para a obtenção de dados, foram utilizados artigos publicados em revistas acadêmicas relevantes disponíveis no Google Scholar, empregando as palavras-chave como “dopamina”, “educação” e “redes sociais”. A fim de seguir com o estudo, utilizou-se como instrumento, um questionário estruturado com dez questões que tiveram como participação da pesquisa, 23 estudantes do terceiro ano do ensino médio. Ao elencar e analisar os dados, foi possível observar muitos aspectos a respeito do uso frequente da tecnologia na vida dos estudantes, bem como possíveis relações entre a liberação rápida de dopamina e seus impactos no processo de aprendizagem e na saúde deles. Com relação aos dados referentes ao questionário, observou-se aumento na declaração de uso do celular para fins de pesquisa, passando de 52,2% para 78,3%, o que pode indicar maior aceitação da ferramenta no contexto escolar. No entanto, esse dado deve ser interpretado com cautela, pois não garante que o uso seja exclusivamente acadêmico. Por isso, é fundamental que a escola, junto com as famílias, promova um uso equilibrado, valorizando não só a tecnologia, mas o autoconhecimento e o pensamento crítico.
