Penerapan Senam Ergonomik Untuk Menurunkan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hipertensi: Literature Review

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Tekanan darah merupakan salah satu tanda vital bersama dengan laju pernapasan, denyut jantung, saturasi oksigen, dan suhu tubuh. Salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi pada tekanan darah adalah hipertensi yang menyebabkan kematian dini secara global. Seseorang disebut mengalami hipertensi apabila tekanan sistolik > 140 mmHg dan diastolik > 90 mmHg. Untuk mencegah risiko komplikasi penyakit yang lebih parah, tekanan darah dapat dikontrol dengan mengubah gaya hidup dan melakukan aktivitas fisik secara rutin, salah satunya adalah senam ergonomik yang sangat praktis, efisien, dan mudah dilakukan. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan senam ergonomik dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Metode: Proses pencarian dan seleksi atikel dalam literature review ini dilakukan melalui database elektronik pubmed, google cendikia, adelaide research & scholarship (GARUDA), dan proquest. Dalam literature ini kami melakukan review terhadap 6 artikel yang memiliki full text mulai dari abstrak, tujuan, metode, dan hasil penelitian paling sesuai dengan tujuan literature. Hasil: Rata-rata tekanan darah pasien menurun secara signifikan setelah diberikan terapi latihan senam ergonomik. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil review pada beberapa artikel terlihat bahwa penerapan senam ergonomik terbukti efektif dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Diharapkan kepada petugas pelayanan kesehatan khsusunya perawat untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada masyarakat khususnya pada penderita hipertensi mengenai pelaksanaan latihan senam ergonomik
