Abstract

É fato que os meios tecnológicos modificaram nossas relações sociais. A internet, por exemplo, trouxe inúmeros benefícios que facilitam operações cotidianas. No entanto, a facilidade, comodidade, interatividade, liberdade e, principalmente, o anonimato, proporcionado por esses meios digitais acarretou no aumento da criminalidade. Dito isso, o presente artigo propõe-se apresentar impressões acerca da potencialização da pornografia infantojuvenil diante do sistema de informática. Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada tem por base textos científicos, doutrinas e legislação, nos segmentos dos crimes cibernéticos e do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. Frente ao exposto, é possível aferir que, a política de prevenção efetuada pelos pais e Estado às crianças e adolescentes são medidas ineficazes no combate a pornografia infantil. Com isso, o combate a tais práticas delituosas deve estar voltado para a prevenção da ocorrência desses crimes e punição dos criminosos.,
