Abstract

Introdução: O artigo apresenta informações referentes aos impactos iniciais da pandemia pela COVID-19 no sistema de saúde brasileiro, a partir do diagnóstico do 1º caso, em fevereiro de 2020. São abordados especialmente impactos económicos e relacionados ao diagnóstico laboratorial.
