Abstract

http://dx.doi.org/10.5007/2175-7925.2009v22n4p169Avaliou-se a inclusão de fitase em dietas com níveis reduzidos de fόsforo não-fítico (FNF) e o desempenho, rendimento de carcaça e características da cama de frangos. O delineamento foi inteiramente casualizado em esquema fatorial 2 x 3 - dois níveis de fitase (0 e 25U/Ng) e três níveis de FNF (100, 85 e 70% das exigências), totalizando seis tratamentos com cinco repetições. A redução do FNF para 70% das exigências diminuiu o ganho de peso e o consumo de ração e piorou a conversão alimentar. A inclusão de fitase aumentou o ganho de peso e o consumo de ração aos 21 dias. A interação níveis de FNF x fitase foi significativa para ganho de peso aos 42 dias. A redução do FNF para 70% das exigências diminuiu o consumo de ração aos 42 dias e aumentou o peso relativo do fígado e do coração. O teor de nitrogênio foi reduzido em camas de frangos alimentados com dietas contendo fitase e o teor de fόsforo diminuiu com a redução do FNF dietético. Concluiu-se que dietas com 85% da exigência de FNF suplementadas com 25U/Ng de fitase podem ser usadas sem prejuízo ao desempenho e às características de carcaça e cama.
