Abstract

<p>Se trata de un edificio construido en el barrio de Boedo, en un típico lote de 8.66m que presenta la particularidad de que su fondo es colindante con un patio urbano con abundante arbolado, donde funciona una escuela de fútbol y una pequeña plaza. Las vistas a este pulmón verde coinciden con la mejor orientación: el norte.</p>
