Abstract

This presentation provided a recap of the work of organisations that represent early-career researchers with regard to the relationship between research careers, supervisory practices and the impact on researcher mental health. The presentation placed these contributions in the wider context of the policy agenda for research careers and research(er) career assessment in a European context.
