Seguimiento en donantes vivos de riñón

Abstract

El donante vivo es una alternativa para satisfacer la baja oferta de órganos en el tratamiento de la Enfermedad renal crónica en fase terminal, la morbilidad asociada a la donación debe ser evaluada. Con información contenida en la base de datos de seguimiento de pacientes trasplantados en el Hospital Universitario Mayor Mederi se contactaron los donantes e invitaron a entrevista con información del objetivo del estudio, consentimiento informado, registro de signos vitales, fecha de donación, antecedentes de enfermedades. Se determinó creatinina sérica en mg/dL, y en muestra aislada de orina creatinuria en mg/dL y albuminuria en mg/gr Fueron entrevistados 86 donantes, edad actual promedio 46.2±9.48 años, 35.49±9.68 años al momento de la donación, 49 (56.3%) mujeres. Tiempo promedio transcurrido desde la donación 10.78±5.6 (2-29) años. Índice de masa corporal promedio de 27.16±4.42 m²/kg (17.9-42.42). En 73 donantes la tasa de filtración glomerular promedio fue 70.02±11.66 ml/min/1.73m², 15 donantes (20.22%) con valores < 60ml/min/1.73m², relación albuminuria/creatinuria 9.85±10.95 mg/gr (0.75-62.9), cinco donantes (6.8%) con valores > 30 y < 300 mg/gr ed decir con evidencia de microalbuminiria, ningún paciente con evidencia de proteinuria, creatinina sérica promedio 0.98±0.16 (0.75-1.6) mg/dl. Tensión arterial sistólica promedio 114.9±14/74.81±8 mmHg, cuatro donantes (4.65%) con tensión arterial sistólica mayor de 140 mmHg y dos (2.32%) tensión arterial diastólica mayor de 90 mmHg. No se detectaron diabéticos.
