GRITO MUDO! O ESTUPRO NA BÍBLIA HEBRAICA

Abstract

Os textos bíblicos veterotestamentários foram acusados, numa teologia feminista acentuada por pressupostos étnico-raciais antissemitas, de serem promotores da violência contra mulheres, disseminarem misoginia, sustentarem o quiriarcado e os modelos mentais que legitimam o machismo, e no caso dos estupros, ainda mais, pois silenciam sobre a punição dos autores de feminicídio. Entretanto, este tipo de referenciação carece de uma sólida base sócio-histórica, antropológica e exegética das narrativas da Bíblia Hebraica contrastando-as com a pluralidade interpretativa característica da tradição judaica, que não poucas vezes sinaliza o protagonismo, empoderamento e emancipação das mulheres. Esta pesquisa se propõe a estudar as narrativas bíblicas que descrevem o estupro numa perspectiva transdisciplinar, tendo como ponto de partida a análise linguística destes registros. Usará métodos exegéticos para a análise literária agregando a história, fenomenologia, sociologia e antropologia destas mesmas narrativas para a produção de uma hermenêutica orgânica (processual), que colocará as distintas interpretações em contraste. Espera-se que a produção desta pesquisa produza literatura que ampare estudos e ações de combate ao estupro e feminicídio de mulheres na atualidade, inclusive na máquina de guerra
