To further assist class activity in ESPM 109E, a feasibility test was conducted to find the approximate locations and "time of capture until excretion" of target sea cucumber species around the shallow areas (knee-deep water) of Gump Reef. Various species of sea cucumber (including species not currently targeted) were photographed and logged into Gaia GPS to track the specific geographic points from when they were located.
