Abstract

El articulo presenta las decisiones metodológicas adoptadas en el estudio del “ACRE Campo Espejo”, un territorio agrícola situado en el norte de la provincia de Mendoza, Argentina, cuya particularidad radica en el uso regulado de agua de efluentes tratados. Como parte de un proyecto de investigación aplicada y desarrollo rural, se diseñó un abordaje multi método en torno a problemáticas de gestión del agua de riego, inocuidad y salud de trabajadores/as y productores/as. Con un diseño predominantemente cuantitativo, el relevamiento de información a distintas escalas se basó en teledetección, encuestas, observación directa y entrevistas grupales. La aplicación sincrónica de técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas facilitó el desarrollo y mutuo ajuste de los instrumentos durante la investigación. La interpretación combinada de resultados permitió la verificación de supuestos iniciales y la emergencia de nuevos temas de relevancia científica, tecnológica y para la gestión territorial.
