Ultrassonografia abdominal em Modo-B e Doppler de cutias (Dasyprocta prymnolopha Wagler, 1831) contidas quimicamente
Objetivo: Caracterizar os órgãos abdominais de cutias (Dasyprocta prymnolopha) hígidas criadas em cativeiro, utilizando ultrassonografia modo B e Doppler. Métodos: Quinze cutias foram submetidas a exame ultrassonográfico. Resultados: A parede da vesícula urinária apresentou-se fina e regular, com espessura média de 0,09 cm. Foram estabelecidos parâmetros para rins, glândulas adrenais, baço, fígado, pâncreas e estômago. Conclusão: A ultrassonografia permitiu definir características anatômicas e parâmetros vasculares importantes para a espécie.
