DADOS ELETROCARDIOGRÁFICOS PADRÃO DE MACACOS-PREGO (Cebus apella, Linnaeus, 1758)

Abstract

Objetivo: caracterizar os traçados eletrocardiográficos de 12 macacos-prego jovens e saudáveis ??que foram contidos com cetamina e midazolam. Resultados: Todos os 12 macacos tinham ritmos sinusais normais. Nem a duração da onda P, intervalo PR, intervalo QT, nem a amplitude da onda P ou R (em milivolts) diferiram entre machos e fêmeas. As ondas P foram pequenas, monofásicas e positivas em todos os animais. O complexo QRS mostrou polaridade positiva nas derivações D1, D2, aVL, aVF, V2, V4 e V10 e polaridade negativa nas derivações D3, aVR e rV2. A onda T exibiu polaridade negativa apenas na derivação aVR em todos os animais do estudo, e nenhuma diferença significativa estava presente entre os sexos. O segmento ST era isoelétrico em ambos os sexos e não apresentava reduções nem elevações. Conclusão: O protocolo anestésico foi bem tolerado por todos os macacos e permitiu a aquisição, medição e caracterização de qualidade diagnóstica do eletrocardiograma e o estabelecimento dos parâmetros eletrocardiográficos normais de macacos-prego contidos quimicamente.
