Abstract

El presente manual está dirigido a los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Ciencias Nutricionales y contiene herramientas de guía sobre las mediciones antropométricas, así como fórmulas para su interpretación y generación de diagnósticos nutricios. Proporciona información simple y detallada con métodos portátiles, no invasivos, económicos y de fácil aplicación que pueden emplearse a nivel individual o comunitario en cualquier etapa de la vida.
