Enoturismo: un detonante del desarrollo local

Abstract

El enoturismo es la unión de dos emocionantes mundos: el vino y el turismo. Por tanto, significa una experiencia novedosa que fomenta el aprendizaje, la diversión y el apoyo a las economías regionales. Además, los visitantes a las bodegas de vino pueden disfrutar de otros aspectos culturales del patrimonio territorial, como las gastronomías locales. En sus cuatro capítulos, la presente obra expone el potencial del enoturismo como impulsor del desarrollo económico, en específico, en las regiones vitivinícolas de Sonora. Se ofrece un estudio que plantea los elementos necesarios para que el enoturismo pueda desarrollarse en dichas zonas, y se justifican con una investigación enfocada en las teorías de desarrollo regional e integración económica, así como en entrevistas realizadas a agentes locales.
