Capacidades empresariales para el éxito de los emprendimientos: Caso de estudiantes emprendedores

Abstract

El estudio se realizó con la finalidad de conocer y determinar las capacidades empresariales que son fundamentales para éxito de los emprendimientos, desde la percepción de los estudiantes emprendedores. Es una investigación de tipo no experimental, nivel causal explicativo de corte transversal y enfoque cuantitativo. El estudio se realizó en una muestra no aleatoria de 54 estudiantes, de ambos géneros, de los cuales 30 siguen la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial y 24 de Administración de Negocios de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales de la Universidad Privada de Tacna. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta con preguntas de selección múltiple con escala de Likert. La confiabilidad del instrumento se obtuvo con el método de Alpha de Crombach de (0.93). Se obtuvo una tasa de respuestas del 95%, del cuestionario virtual. Los resultados revelaron que las capacidades y los desafíos para emprender son los componentes fundamentales en los emprendimientos. Se concluye que el éxito de los emprendimientos depende en un 53.4% de las capacidades para emprender.
