Optimasi Support Vector Machine Untuk Optimasi Budidaya Jeruk Gerga Dengan Particle Swar Optimazation (PSO)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan optimasi support vector machine dengan particle swarm optimization untuk optimalisasi Budidaya Jeruk Gerga Kota Pagar Alam. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan klasifikasi tehadap data budidaya jeruk gerga Kota Pagar Alam dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan 2 (dua) pemodelan support vector machine bisa dan support vector machine berbasis particel swarm optimization. Data budidaya jeruk gerga yang dingunakan sebagai atribut antara lain pH tanah, curah hujan, suhu, elevasi, pupuk (Pupuk kandang, Urea, Npk, dan ZR) dan obat-obatan (Fungisida, Korakron, dan Stadium) yang merupakan indikator dalam melakukan budidaya jeruk gerga. Dalam hal ini, peneliti berhasil mendapatkan akurasi, presicin dan recall dari kedua pemodelan tersebut menggunakan Google Colab dengan bahasa pemrograman python. Dimana Support Vector Machine biasa mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 0,73, presicion 0,64, dan recall 0,73 sedangkan Support Vector Machine bebasis Particel Swarm Optimization mendapatkan akurasi 0,9, presicion 1.0 dan recall 0,75. Dalam hal ini bisa diketahui bahwa Particel Swarm Optimization berhasil melakukan optimasi tehadap pemodelan Support Vector Machine dengan peningkatan akurasi sebesar 17%.
