Abstract

Para la viabilidad de un desarrollo duradero se requiere de integración y participación de todos sus actores sociales. Por ello desarrollar un diseño teórico que explique la gestión sostenible y sustentable en diversidad de proyectos, pero con fines comunes, fue lo que impulso el estudio de la cogestión de los ecosistemas urbanos. Estudio hermenéutico, constructivista, cuyo objetivo es la construcción epistémica de una teoría. Su investigación es netamente teórica y de análisis cualitativo. Su fundamento ontológico contempla actores sociales, eras socio económicas, crisis gerencial, ética ambiental, responsabilidad social y acuerdos internacionales. Para el aspecto filosófico se consideró el pensamiento complejo Edgar Morin, quien introduce la ecología como la ciencia del orden e integración natural y modelo trascendental en procesos de integración y de supervivencia. Fue necesario el uso de la herramienta gerencial Benchmarking, como método de estudio en los procesos ecológicos. Para el análisis, interpretación y triangulación, se utilizaron matrices y diagramas en redes de los conceptos estudiados, cimentando el estudio bajo el enfoque de las ciencias administrativas y gerenciales, se obtiene la Gerencia Ecoglocal; una gestión fundamentada en procesos de modelos ecológicos expone la integración en acciones de sustentabilidad ambiental y sostenibilidad social, al tener una visión global, consciente y responsable de los actores sociales; contribuyendo así al progreso equilibrado y ordenado de los ecosistemas urbanos.
