Gestión de proyectos comunitarios dirigidos por el Consejo Federal de Gobierno

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo describir las fases de la gestión de proyectos comunitarios dirigidos por el Consejo Federal de Gobierno de la parroquia Antonio Borjas Romero de Maracaibo, Venezuela. Se sustenta en autores clásicos como Cunill (1991), Fadda (1990), Ceballos (2009), entre otros. El tipo de investigación es descriptiva, ubicada en el nivel de conocimiento perceptual, con un diseño como fuente mixta, evolutivo retrospectivo y univariable. La población estuvo conformada por diecinueve consejos comunales representados por sesenta informantes. El análisis se realizó a través de un cuestionario de veinte preguntas con escala de cinco alternativas y para el cálculo de la confiabilidad se utilizó el Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, el cual arrojó un resultado de 0,93. Se concluye que existe un mediano cumplimiento de las fases para la gestión de los proyectos comunitarios; asimismo, para los voceros, responsables y miembros de la asamblea de los consejos comunales estas fases representan fortalezas, mientras que para los analistas del Consejo Federal de Gobierno son debilidades. Se recomienda la participación activa de todos los miembros integrantes de los consejos comunales para subsanar las deficiencias encontradas y a su vez vigilar la actualización de cada una de las actividades desempeñadas por ellos.
