Commercial concession, license and franchise in the distribution model of network marketing

Abstract

The article analyzes the applicability of commercial concession, license and franchise in the distribution model of network marketing in modern socio-economic conditions. The organizational, economic and regulatory aspects of regulation are considered. It is shown that a commercial concession provides for the use of a set of special rights, professional reputation and business experience of the rightholder in a certain volume and territory of use determined by the parties in relation to a certain area of entrepreneurial activity.
