Pápulas queratósicas en las extremidades

Abstract

Paciente mujer de 37 años, sin antecedentes de relevancia, consultó por xerosis y descamación asintomática en los miembros superiores desde la infancia, con extensión a los miembros inferiores en el último tiempo. Refería que su padre presentaba lesiones de similares características. Al examen físico se evidenciaba xerosis generalizada, pápulas y placas queratósicas circunscriptas en manos, antebrazos, codos, miembros inferiores y pies. Se procedió a la toma de biopsia por punch de una pápula queratósica localizada en el miembro inferior izquierdo. El estudio anatomopatológico informó epidermis con hiperqueratosis ortoqueratósica, acantosis regular y papilomatosis en “campanario de iglesia”.
