Abstract

pada saat ini telah banyak beragam cara dalam melaksanakan program pengelolaan kelas, agar dapat menimbulkan rasa aman, nyaman, tentram dan kondusif, antara pendidik (Guru) dan murid saat di dalam kelas. yang mana semua itu harus di rencanakan dengan sebaik mungkin agar dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal. oleh karena itu, perlu adanya hubungan kerjasama yang baik diantara individu tersebut. tetapi di sisi lain sebenarnya gurulah yang harus perlu bekerja lebih keras untuk menjalankan perencanaan dan pengelolaan di kelas. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi manajemen kelas, karena masa sekarang ini seorang guru atau tenaga pendidik perlu punya tips atau strategi dalam menghidupkan suasana nyaman di kelas, serta dapat membuat peserta didik merasa tertarik dan ingin terus belajar tanpa rasa malas. Dan adapun Metode penelitian yang penulis pakai ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, yang berasal dari rujukan buku, dan lain-lain.<div> </div><div>Kata Kunci : Guru, Siswa, Manajemen</div>
