Bolavoli: Kecepatan Laju Bola Berdasarkan Bentuk Panel

Abstract

Bentuk dan jumlah panel bola dari waktu kewaktu terus mengalami perubahan. Perubahan tersebut tentu memiliki maksut dan tujuan tertentu salah satunya adalah kecepatan laju bola. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecepaatan bola berdasarkan perbedaan bentuk dan jumlah panel yang digunakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes bola jatuh untuk mengetahui kecepatan bolavoli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bolavoli jenis Mikasa MV2200, Mikasa MVA200, Mikasa V330W, Molten V5MP4200, Nassau Patriot, Nassau Premium3000, dan Proteam V5P8000. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi kinovea 08.15. Hasil analisis data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kecepatan bola tidak hanya dipengaruhi berat pada bola, tetapi bentuk panel pada setiap bola juga mempengaruhi lanju kecepatan bola. Laju bola yang paling cepat adalah Mikasa V330W dengan bentuk panel lesung pipi yang berjumlah 18 panel dengan kecepatan 3,53 m/s, sedangkan jenis bola yang memilki laju paling lambat adalah Nassau Patriot dengan bentuk panel segienam yang berjumlah 18 panel dengan kecepatan 4,70 m/s.
