Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis Chatbot Untuk Pelayanan Pelanggan

Abstract

Conversational Bot atau Chatbot adalah sebuah konten yang divisualisasikan dalam format obrolan dan pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan sistem menggunakan teks. Teknologi cerdas ini merupakan salah satu perkembangan dari Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang diimplementasikan guna meningkatkan pelayanan pada information service di segala industri. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan chatbot dalam berbagai bentuk pelayanan, teknologi perancangan chatbot semakin berkembang. Banyak penelitian untuk merancang chatbot dengan akurasi terbaik dengan berbagai metode dan fitur yang digunakan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk dapat mengidentifikasi metode dan fitur yang digunakan. Dengan format tinjauan literatur sistematis maka diperoleh 11 studi yang memenuhi ketentuan dan pengecualian, ada 10 algoritma dan 8 fitur yang telah digunakan dalam perancangan chatbot. Namun, metode dan fitur ini tidak selalu menjamin kinerja chatbot dengan akurasi tinggi. Akurasi dipengaruhi oleh dataset, fitur serta metode yang digunakan.
