Abstract

Tren peningkatan penumpang KRL Commuterline yang hampir mendekati angka sebelum pandemi tentunya juga membutuhkan peningkatan pelayanan di bidang informasi. Salah satu pelayanan informasi yang diberikan kepada penumpang KRL Commuterline adalah penyediaan aplikasi C-Access yang merupakan pengembangan dari aplikasi KRL - Access yang dapat diunduh pada Play Store. Sebagai aplisasi baru dan masih dalam pengembangan C-Access tentunya membutuhkan masukan dan feedback dari pengguna untuk dapat memberikan pengalaman terbaik dan layanan terbaik. Menindaklanjuti hal diatas maka penulis perlu untuk melakukan penelitian agar dapat mendapatkan gambaran dari pengguna terkait pengalaman pengguna selama menggunakan C-Access. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Metode SUS sendiri merupakan alat pengujian yang hasil akhir nantinya akan menghasilkan penilaian global aspek usability. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan penilaian dari pengguna terhadap penggunaan aplikasi C-Access Commuterline dan mendapatkan interpretasi dari hasil penilaian tersebut. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan populasi para pengguna aplikasi C-Access. Hasil penelitian pada aplikasi C-Access menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapatkan skor 66,125 dari skala 0 – 100. Skor tersebut jika diinterpretasikan menggunakan Acceptability Score berada pada rentang Marginal, jika diinterpretasikan menggunakan School Grading Scale berada pada grade D dan jika diinterpretasikan menggunakan Adjective Rating berada pada skala diatas OK namun dibawah Good.
