PREVENCIJA KRVARENJA ZBOG DEFICITA VITAMINA K

Abstract

Krvarenje usled deficita vitamina K je veoma ozbiljno stanje koje se javlja kod novorođenčadi I odojčadi. U radu su prikazani savremeni trendovi profilakse preporuke za prevenciju krvarenja usled deficit vitamina K. Bolesnici sa holestaznim bolestima jetre i cističnom fibrozom su predisponirani deficit vitamina K zbog loše resorpcije u intestinumu. Savremeni stavovi u vezi sa prevencijom deficit vitamina K u ovim bolestima su takođe navedeni.
