Gobierno digital como estrategia para la transparencia informativa

Abstract

El gobierno digital viene evolucionado de manera innovadora y creativa basándonos en las necesidades de la administración pública. En este sentido, la investigación tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo teórico de gobierno digital como estrategia para la transparencia informativa en una municipalidad provincial del departamento de Lambayeque. Se concluye en que el modelo propuesto está basado en las buenas prácticas de gobierno digital y las normativas del estado peruano, lo cual ofrece las mejoras para la participación ciudadana y el nivel competitivo digital de las municipalidades.
