KULTURNE VEZE SRBA I HRVATA: SPAJANJA UMESTO DEMARKACIJA

Abstract

Rad analizira dugoročne procese pomirenja između Srba i Hrvata kroz socijalno-psihološke teorije i kulturne veze, ističući važnost prevazilaženja antagonizama kroz promenu društvenih narativa i percepcija, pre svega ističući da zajedničko kulturno nasleđe, i važ- ne ličnosti koje su bar na neki način povezane sa obe etničke grupe treba da budu osnov za spajanje, a ne za demarkacije. Oslanjajući se na teoriju socijalnog identiteta, model zajedničkog identiteta i teori- ju međugrupne diferencijacije i optimalne osobenosti, rad pokazuje kako integracija složenih identiteta može doprineti smanjenju među- nacionalnih tenzija. Poseban akcenat stavljen je na značaj mlađih generacija, koje su manje opterećene prošlim sukobima i imaju potencijal za razvijanje otvorenijeg i fleksibilnijeg odnosa prema međugrupnim razlikama. Promovisanje kulturne i društvene harmonije, a ne isključivo takmi- čarskog pristupa, ključno je za prevazilaženje logike nultog zbira u međunacionalnim odnosima. Rad prepoznaje Srbe u Hrvatskoj kao grupu s posebnim potencijalom za izgradnju stabilnijih odnosa, s obzirom na njihovu specifičnu druš- tvenu poziciju i neposredni interes za unapređenje međunacionalnih odnosa. Preporučuje se da se proces pomirenja ne oslanja isključivo na političke elite, već da uključi šire društvene slojeve i konkretne zajedničke inicijative, kako bi se spontano i autentično izgradilo me- đusobno poverenje i stabilnija budućnost.
