VIABILIDADE ECONÔMICA DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE APROVEITAMENTO DE ÁGUA DE CHUVA EM EDIFICAÇÕES PÚBLICAS: ESTUDO DE CASO NO SAAE DE BARRA MANSA – RJ

Abstract

Este trabalho analisa a viabilidade econômica de implantação de um sistema de aproveitamento de água da chuva em uma empresa pública, como centro operacional do Serviço Autônomo de Água e Esgoto (SAAE) em Barra Mansa, RJ, com base na Lei 14.026/2020 e NBR 15527 (ABNT, 2019). Para análise da precipitação foram utilizados dados históricos e software Hidro.14 da Agência Nacional de Água e Saneamento – ANA. O dimensionamento do reservatório foi realizado pelo método de simulação, e calculado os indicadores econômicos, como Valor Presente Líquido (VPL) de R$ 105.235,94 a uma Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 10% e o Payback de 11 anos 8 meses e Payback descontado 15 anos. Os prédios analisados possuem uma área de captação de 1.663 m², com demandas relacionadas a banheiros, limpeza e irrigação. O orçamento estimado foi de R$ 178.500, com uma análise de viabilidade de 30 anos. Os resultados indicam que o sistema é viável, com economia no consumo de água potável, benefícios ambientais e sustentabilidade operacional. A análise reforça a importância de soluções técnicas e econômicas no uso racional da água em edifícios públicos.
