Abstract

Resumo: Com os olhos postos no art. 19.º do Regime Jurídico da Actividade Empresarial Local e das Participações Locais (RJAEL), aprovado pela Lei n.º 50/2012, de 31 de Agosto, faz-se, no artigo, (um)a comparação entre o regime das sociedades comerciais (anónimas e por quotas), que nele se dizem ser empresas locais, e os principais aspectos da regulamentação global sobre os “grupos de sociedades” (“grupos de empresas”, também se diz), constantes dos arts. 481.º a 508.º CSC.
