ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DI SAGON BERKAH

Abstract

Di zaman sekarang dengan perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi yang semakin canggih, pemilihan penggunaan pemasaran melalui media sosial menjadi pilihan utama yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha, sekarang ini penggunaan media sosial telah menjadi pilar utama dalam penyampaian informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh advertising, personal selling, dan sales promotion terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Sagon Berkah. Jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 50 responden yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji pengaruh atau Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa advertising tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk di Sagon Berkah. Personal Selling berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan Sales Promotion berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil uji diketahui pula bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara advertising, personal selling, dan sales promotion terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Sagon Berkah. Oleh karena itu adanya sales promotion yang dilakukan Sagon Berkah dapat memberikan kesan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
