Abstract

Maraknya penggunaan media sosial dikalangan masyarakat membuat banyak perusahaan mengalih fungsikan media sosial sebagai strategi pemasarannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pemasaran dimedia sosial dan pengalaman pelanggan yang pernah berbelanja melalui media sosial memiliki dampak terhadap kualitas hubungan antara pelanggan dan perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert 5 poin. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat lima hipotesis yang akan diuji untuk melihat apakah setiap hipotesis didukung. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa kelima hipotesis menghasilkan nilai p-value < 0.05 dan nilai estimate > 0.05 sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan didukung. Dalam penelitian ini hanya mengkaji pemasaran dimedia sosial secara umum jadi disarankan penelitian selanjutnya untuk meneliti pemasaran media sosial disalah satu aplikasi media sosial yang menyediakan fitur berbelanja online agar lebih komprehensif.
