Perceptores del subsidio y de la renta agraria en el sur de España: evolución, diferencias territoriales y estructura por edad y sexo

Abstract

Trascurridos treinta años de la implantación en Andalucía y Extremadura del Subsidio de Desempleo Agrario y de la Renta Agraria, sus perceptores han sufrido cambios significativos en relación con su cuantía, su perfil sociodemográfico y su distribución espacial, tanto a nivel provincial como municipal, que es conveniente analizar. Los cambios normativos producidos, en consonancia con los socioeconómicos, las diferentes estructuras demográficas y productivas –agraria y no agraria– de los territorios en los que residen, el tipo de prestación que reciben y, en última instancia, la importancia que su cobro tiene dentro de la unidad familiar están detrás de estas disparidades evolutivas y socioterritoriales de sus beneficiarios. La actual crisis económica y la vuelta a la actividad agraria como sector refugio, y con ello al cobro de estas prestaciones, es otro aspecto que no conviene minusvalorar.
