Abstract

Os dados utilizados referem-se a 884 registros de idadeao primeiro parto (IPP) e de numero de crias por vaca(NC) e 4.540 registros de intervalo de partos (IDP) defemeas mesticas Red Poli x Zebu, criadas na FazendaTres Barras em Pitangueiras, Estado de Sao Paulo, duranteo periodo de 1955 a 1971. As medias gerais dascaracteristicas estudadas foram: 43,7 meses (C.V. =20,5%) para IPP; 6,1 (C. V. = 47,6%) para NC e 429 dias(C. V.= 25%) para IDP. As analises de variância mostraraminfluencias significativas de mes, ano do parto e grupogenetico para IPP e IDP. O NC foi afetado pela IPP epelo IDP.
